1375 Peachtree lobby to feature chef-driven food, beverage options.
ATLANTA – FullG Capital, a Toronto-based commercial real estate investment company with a diverse portfolio of hotels and office properties, announces the addition of a new food and beverage experience at 1375 Peachtree. With demolition nearly complete, construction is set to begin on the 7,000-sq. ft., chef-driven culinary collective that will serve both its office tenants as well as the surrounding Midtown Atlanta community. The project is expected to open this spring under the management of Hospitality HQ, a Brooklyn, NY-based restaurant and food hall management company co-founded by Chef Akhtar Nawab. New Orleans-based architect firm Bell Butler designed the hospitality environment.
“This stretch of Midtown is positioned to evolve into a dynamic hub for business, residential and entertainment, and our building is at the heart of all the action. But it’s missing one thing – extraordinary dining options for our community,” explains Drew Coles, founder and CEO, FullG Capital. “As owners of several hotels, hospitality is second nature to us, and we believe it to be the key differentiator to a highly amenitized office environment. Our new culinary experience driven by the acclaimed Chef Nawab, will serve not only our tenants, who’ve told us they’re hungry for convenient and compelling dining options, but also the surrounding Midtown neighborhood.
“We’re ready to fill a market gap with a curated, hospitality-driven concept that has great options for everyone,” continues Coles. Located on the iconic Peachtree Street in the heart of Midtown’s vibrant live, work, play hub, 1375 Peachtree is at the edge of historic Ansley Park and across the street from Woodruff Arts Center, Atlanta’s premier visual and performing arts center. According to recent census reports, approximately 50,000 consumers work and reside within a one-mile radius of 1375 Peachtree.
Accessible from both the office lobby and the elevated sidewalk, the culinary collective features a 3,400-sq. ft. restaurant complemented by a chic eatery showcasing three local, artisanal food and beverage vendors. Inspired by French cuisine and the vibrant atmosphere of a modern brasserie, the restaurant offers a 130-seat dining room and bar. According to Chef Nawab, “The menu will offer epicurean delights both familiar and adventurous in an elegant, elevated setting with the ever-casual, stay-and-mingle, joie de vivre of the French way of life. This will be the perfect spot to entertain, meet with friends old and new, impress or decompress in sumptuous style.”
The 3,600-sq. ft. eatery will highlight owner-operated culinary favorites that reflect Atlanta’s food anthology. Chef Nawab continues, “We’re seeking vendors with a sense of culinary adventure, care and quality. This will be a destination for community, with space to convene, relax, mingle and work. We envision not just a conveniently central eatery, but an experience with flavor.

On behalf of its sponsorship, FullG acquired 1375 Peachtree in 2021. Built in 1960, the Midtown Atlanta office property is a 400,000-sq. ft., seven-story building featuring a creative, Class A office environment. Recent renovations and improvements include a modern façade, rooftop tenant deck, fitness center and bike storage facility with lockers and showers. Starting the first quarter of next year, the property will also offer a spec suite program. Regularly scheduled tenant and community activations and events position the building as “Midtown’s Front Porch.”
